Designer
Alice is a designer, illustrator, and motion graphics creator. Her experience began in big corporate, and moved on to design lead and art direction within agencies; she has now built her ideal home at Way.

MATTHEW EAST
Writer
Matt began working as a screenwriter in the film & TV industry before heading into marketing. He's since headed up the copy department of several agencies before creating his own.
