CHOOSE PROJECT
Top challenges we overcame
We took ownership of structure, content, and design so the Therma Mech team didn’t need to spend time curating information.
CHALLENGE ONE
Tight turnaround with minimal internal resource
CHALLENGE TWO
No clear starting structure for the brochure
We proposed four brochure formats of varying lengths to help the team visualise what would work best and quickly agree a direction.
We ran an information-scraping session and combined it with independent research to create a complete, accurate content base.

CHALLENGE THREE
Information held across multiple people and sources
Background
Therma Mech had just completed a brand refresh and needed a new brochure that matched their updated visual identity and reflected the scale of their district energy work across the UK. They needed it quickly, and they didn’t have the internal bandwidth to organise, write, or design it. We stepped in and handled the full process.
Structure planning
We started with a call to understand how they talk about their work, their audiences, and the challenges those audiences face. From there, we pulled together all available information: project notes, sector details, service descriptions, and filled the gaps through a structured information-scraping meeting and website research. We then outlined four possible brochure structures, each offering a different length and flow.

Copywriting
Once a direction was chosen, we created a full pagination using lorem ipsum to map the content clearly before writing. The copy was crafted to align with their tone of voice, reflect their sector expertise, and feel cohesive with the new brand.
Design
For design, we produced layout options for each page within the refreshed brand guidelines. Once selections were made, we built and finalised the complete brochure.
Result
The result was a polished, fully aligned sales document delivered in under a month—ready for their team to use at meetings, tenders, and project pitches.
